1. General Policy

Payments made for leads, subscriptions, or marketing services are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated below. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

2. Invalid or Inaccurate Leads

We strive to deliver high-quality, verified leads. If you receive a lead that meets one or more of the following conditions, you may be eligible for a replacement or credit:

• Wrong or disconnected phone number.

• Invalid or fake email address.

• Duplicate lead previously delivered to you.

• Contact who explicitly denies having requested information.

Important: To qualify for a refund, credit, or replacement, you must report the invalid lead within 3 business days of delivery.

 

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or credits will not be issued in cases such as:

• Leads that were contacted late, resulting in loss of interest.

• Leads that do not convert into paying clients (conversion is not guaranteed).

• Failure to follow up properly on a lead.

• Leads reported as invalid after the reporting window has expired.

 

4. Subscriptions & Packages

For recurring subscriptions or prepaid lead packages:

• Cancellations must be requested 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of an active subscription.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed as:

• Credit toward future leads (preferred method), or

• Direct refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

Processing time may vary, but refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days.
